1. What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 12 shirts.
2. What are your typical turnaround times?
Standard Production:
12–49 shirts: Approximately 2 weeks
50+ shirts: Up to 3 weeks
Rush Production (additional $5/shirt):
12–49 shirts: Approximately 1 week
50+ shirts: Approximately 1.5 weeks
*Turnaround time is always confirmed during the quote process to align with your event date.
3. Can we mix sizes within one order?
Yes! Mixed sizing is standard for tournament orders & encouraged to ensure a great fit for all players.
4. What file types do you accept for logos?
We accept PNG, JPG, & vector files (SVG). High-resolution files work best, but we’ll review what you have and let you know if adjustments are needed.
5. What customization options are available, if any?
Shirts can be customized with: Shirt color options, your event logo, one of our pre-made tournament designs, front and/or back printing, Sponsor logos are optional, shirt styles (including t-shirts, long sleeves, or sweatshirts)

6. Do you offer help with design or layout?
At this time, we do not offer custom graphic design services. We are happy to print your pre-made event or team logos & include sponsor logos as well as help with overall layout. We just don't provide custom logos at this time.
7. Will I see a mockup before production?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital mockup for approval before any shirts are printed.
8. When do we pay for our order?
Payment details & timelines are provided with your custom quote. No production begins without approval. An invoice will be sent to you once you approve of the final design.
9. Can you ship directly to our event location?
Yes. Shipping details & delivery timing are coordinated based on your event needs. Local Pickup (Leesburg, FL) is also available.
