Refund policy

First and foremost, we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We know you’ll love our products as much as we do. In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 21 days of receipt, and we’ll issue you a full refund.

We are happy to exchange ANY apparel for incorrect sizing/fit. But to minimize this, please check the size charts included in each listing.

When your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, was damaged in shipping or if you've simply received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. For defective items➡️ Please email us photo evidence, within 5 days of receiving your item(s) to: thatpickleballswag@gmail.com. 

EXCEPTIONS / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) UNLESS they've been spelled incorrectly or are damaged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns (or refunds) for GIFT CARDS.

If the product has been clearly used, we will not accept it back. This includes visible signs of use like stains, perfume/scents, etc. We will not reimburse you for shipping fees. 

If the return is due to an error of ours, we will accept responsibility for the shipping costs related to the return. If the return is not due to an error of ours, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.

And though we have these exceptions for NON-Returnable items, we will still make sure you're 100% Satisfied with your experience with That Pickleball Swag. So be sure to email for ANY issue you're having.
